• Provide necessary personal protective equipment and instruction for its use.
• Train and inform all employees in good safety and health practices. This includes weekly on job tool box safety meetings.
• Develop and enforce safety and health rules, requiring that employees cooperate with these rules as a condition of employment.
• Comply with all state and federal regulatory agencies and regulations regarding safety and health.
• All field personal to be 30 hour trained and certified on OSHA Standard 29 CFR for the construction industry as well as CPR and First Aid certified.
